The Minnesota Lynx are officially the hottest team in the WNBA right now! They've won five games in a row and just took over the No. 1 spot in the league's power rankings. In bittersweet news, the basketball world is mourning the loss of Hall of Fame coach Rick Adelman, who passed away at 79; he is highly remembered for his successful time coaching the Sacramento Kings, but also spent a few years on the bench for our very own Minnesota Timberwolves.

NFL

The NFL doesn't play games in June, but the league is making huge headlines with massive player trades. In a blockbuster move, star pass-rusher Myles Garrett was traded from the Cleveland Browns to the Los Angeles Rams so LA can make a push for a Super Bowl championship. In another shocking trade, the New England Patriots acquired star wide receiver A.J. Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles, reuniting him with his old coach as the Patriots try to defend their AFC title.

NBA

The NBA Finals start this Wednesday! It's an exciting matchup between the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs. The Knicks are back in the championship round for the first time since 1999 and are suddenly the league's most likable team, while the Spurs are led by Victor Wembanyama—a 7-foot-4 superstar who is already being compared to Shaquille O'Neal.

We are in the thick of the baseball season, with every team playing a massive 15-game slate on Tuesday. There weren't any massive shakeups at the top of the standings today, but if you're looking for a game to watch, the Detroit Tigers are facing off against the Tampa Bay Rays.

NHL

Hockey's biggest prize is on the line starting Tuesday night with Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final! It’s the Vegas Golden Knights taking on the Carolina Hurricanes. Vegas brings the high-scoring star power with players like Jack Eichel, but Carolina has incredible depth and is hoping their new superstar, Mitch Marner, can help them finally win a championship.

College Sports

The NCAA baseball tournament is underway, and the early rounds have been wild. We're seeing some major upsets, with lower-seeded teams rewriting history, while traditional powerhouse UCLA suffered a brutal collapse to get eliminated.
